User Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are presented to you by Tourism Eyre Peninsula
(ABN 52 879 599 520) of 20 Napoleon Street, Port Lincoln SA 5606.

2. You must read these terms and conditions carefully before accepting possession of the Seafood & Beyond…rewards card and any related materials (Guidebook)

3. By purchasing or accepting possession of the Card or the Guidebook you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You agree that use of the Card and nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes a relationship of partnership, agency, trust of fiduciaries between you and us.

4. The Card gives you the opportunity to receive certain benefits when visiting tours on the Seafood & Aquaculture Trail, staying at certain accommodation, shopping at certain shops, dining at certain restaurants, visiting certain regional attractions or undertaking tours other than those on the Seafood & Aquaculture Trail.

5. The Card will expire a minimum of 30 days from the date of the first transaction.

6. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts offered by participating businesses in the Guidebook.

7. The Card is not refundable. The decision to take advantage of these opportunities is strictly at your discretion and any unused benefits at the time of expiry of the Card will not be refundable or transferable to another card.

8. No replacements or refunds are offered for lost or stolen cards and the Card is not valid for any same day return visits to any attractions.

9. The Guidebook merely provides information relating to certain businesses and benefits offered by certain businesses and attractions.

10. We have taken the best endeavour to ensure that the benefits noted in the Guidebook are current at the date of publication of the Guidebook. Before relying on any information provided such as opening times and availability you should confirm their authenticity by contacting the respective business.

11. We have taken all reasonable care in compiling the material in this Guidebook and arranging the benefits offered by the Card. However, you use the Guidebook and the Card at your own risk.

12. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy and completeness of any material in this Guidebook or that the card or the benefits offered by the Card will attain any particular service standards be free of defects or be fit for any particular use.

13. To the extent permitted by law, Tourism Eyre Peninsula disclaim all liability arising out of, or consequent upon your use of the Card and Guidebook. You indemnify us against any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party as a result of your use of the Card or the Guidebook or breach of any of these terms and conditions.

14. All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Card, Guidebook or any related material is owned or licensed to us. You must not use, reproduce, distribute, modify or adapt or in any other way interfere with such intellectual property rights.
