The Fresh Fish Place Factory Tour
You are invited on a “Seafood Lovers” guided tour of our multi-species fish processing factory.

Depending on the season you can witness the opening of Oysters, Scallops or Sea Urchin. Watch as our skilled filleters process the famous jumbo size King George Whiting or the Southern Bluefin Tuna, Garfish, Snapper or Shark. Observe local Prawns, Crayfish, Crabs and Bugs being prepared for our retail store. Enjoy a tantalising Oyster tasting along with a selection of smoked and pickled seafood at the end of the tour.
Enclosed shoes must be worn with hair-nets supplied.
